Centipedes
Centipedes are fast-moving arthropods recognized for their long, flattened bodies and numerous legs—ranging from 15 to 177 pairs. These nocturnal predators thrive in dark, damp, and cluttered environments, especially during Malaysia’s rainy season. While they help control other pests by feeding on insects like cockroaches and termites, some species can be alarming due to their size and venomous bite.
