Pre-construction soil treatment is applied after ground leveling and before concrete is poured, creating a protective barrier beneath the future structure. A termiticide solution is evenly sprayed across critical zones—such as sub-floor areas (beneath rooms and hallways), structural perimeters (outer building edges), foundation zones (under columns, beams, and slabs), and all leveled soil under the planned building footprint.
This treated soil layer works in tandem with structural elements like ant capping and foundations to prevent concealed termite access. If site conditions—such as concrete pavers or sloped terrain—prevent uniform application, alternative treatments like baiting may be recommended to maintain complete protection.
